Roganstown Golf and Country Club

Roganstown Golf and Country Club opened in 2004 on the grounds of a historic estate north of Dublin, designed by Christy O'Connor Jr. — one of Ireland's most celebrated architects, whose signature approach blends strategic water features with generous but demanding fairways. The course weaves through mature parkland on the Roganstown estate, with the old house still anchoring the property and lending the whole place a sense of permanence that belies its relatively recent construction. O'Connor Jr. brought his trademark use of water into play throughout, and members will tell you that keeping the ball away from the lakes and ditches is the real test here, regardless of which tees you play.

Swords sits at the northern edge of County Dublin, close to the airport and within easy reach of the city, but the course itself feels removed from all of that — proper parkland trees, open skies, and the gentle roll of north Dublin farmland giving it a quiet, unhurried atmosphere.
