Farmington Hills is one of metro Detroit's more established daily-fee layouts, sitting in one of Oakland County's more prosperous and park-rich suburbs. The city itself borders Novi and Livonia and carries that northwestern corridor character — mature hardwoods, rolling glacial terrain, and the kind of leafy residential density that gives a golf course real seasonal color, particularly when Michigan's autumn turns the oaks and maples in late September and October.
