Few golf courses in the world come with quite the same dress code — or lack thereof. La Jenny is a naturist resort village set deep in the pine forests of the Médoc Atlantic coast, roughly 50 kilometres west of Bordeaux, and its 9-hole course is very much part of that lifestyle offering. Guests play as nature intended, making it one of a tiny handful of genuine naturist golf experiences anywhere in Europe. The setting is striking in its own right: flat, sandy terrain carved through dense maritime pines, with the wild Atlantic beaches of the Gironde coast just minutes away.
The course itself is a modest, relaxed layout suited to the resort's unhurried spirit. It won't challenge a scratch player looking for a serious test, but that's beside the point. Golf here is social, unhurried, and framed by some genuinely beautiful coastal woodland.
Le Porge sits within the Landes de Gascogne regional natural park, one of the largest man-made forests in Europe. The area draws visitors for surf, cycling, and the particular tranquility of the Côte d'Argent — and La Jenny has been a well-established destination within the European naturist community for decades.
