Chintsa sits along the Eastern Cape's Wild Coast, a stretch of South Africa defined by dramatic ocean bluffs, subtropical bush, and a coastline that has largely resisted the overdevelopment that changed Durban to the north and the Garden Route to the west. It's a remote, unhurried part of the country, and golf here feels tied to that character — surrounded by indigenous vegetation, big skies, and the kind of quiet that's increasingly rare.
Olivewood Estate suggests a layout shaped by the land rather than imposed on it, the sort of course that emerges from private residential development in scenic South African coastal regions.
