Greg Norman's design fingerprints are all over this Noida layout, which was developed as part of the sprawling Jaypee Greens Wish Town township project — one of the most ambitious integrated real estate and golf developments India has seen. Norman's firm brought their signature strategic philosophy to the course, emphasizing risk-reward decision-making and a modern aesthetic that reflects the international-standard ambitions the Jaypee group had for the project when it opened in the 2000s.
At par 67, this is not a course trying to grind you down with length. The design leans heavily on short par 4s and par 3s that demand precision over power, rewarding players who work the ball creatively rather than those who simply overpower the layout. That scoring par puts a premium on iron play and short-game sharpness in a way a conventional par 72 rarely does.
Noida sits within the National Capital Region, just southeast of Delhi, where the golf scene has grown considerably alongside the city's rapid development. The flat Gangetic plain terrain shapes the course's character — what drama exists here comes from the architecture itself, not the land's natural contours.
