Lahden Golf

Lahden Golf is one of Finland's oldest and most established clubs, with roots stretching back to 1959. The course sits in the Päijät-Häme region of southern Finland, a landscape defined by dense boreal forest, glacial ridgelines, and the sprawling lake systems that make this part of Scandinavia so distinctive. That terrain shapes the course directly — fairways move through pine and birch woodland, elevation changes are genuine rather than cosmetic, and the natural contours of the land do much of the course's defensive work.

Lahti itself is a serious sports city, best known internationally for its Nordic skiing and ski-jump infrastructure, and that same culture of outdoor seriousness extends to how the locals approach their golf.
