Inveraray

Few settings in Scottish golf match the sheer drama of Inveraray's backdrop. The course sits at the edge of Loch Fyne, one of Scotland's longest sea lochs, with the Argyll hills rising steeply behind and the white-harled towers of Inveraray Castle visible across the water. This is one of the most visually arresting corners of the Scottish Highlands, and the golf — a compact 18-hole layout built into terrain that was never meant to make things easy — reflects that rugged character at every turn.
