Golf Le Diable

Few resort courses in Canada carry quite the personality that Golf Le Diable has built since opening in 1999. Designed by Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry, the course was carved through the rugged Laurentian forest at the base of Mont-Tremblant and leans hard into its devilish theme — the name translates to "Golf the Devil," and the routing earns it. Dramatic elevation changes, forced carries over wetlands and rock outcroppings, and a layout that demands creativity off the tee make this one of the more genuinely challenging resort tracks in the country. It regularly appears on lists of Canada's top courses.

Mont-Tremblant itself is Quebec's premier four-season resort destination, about 130 kilometers north of Montreal. The Laurentians deliver genuine wilderness scenery — boreal forest, granite ridges, and clear-water lakes — and the golf season, compressed into late spring through autumn, feels all the more vivid for its brevity.

Le Diable is paired with its sibling course, Golf Le Géant, giving visiting players a full weekend's worth of contrasting challenges within the same resort village.
