Sanctuary Cove is one of Australia's most recognized resort golf destinations, occupying a gated community on the northern Gold Coast that opened in the late 1980s during a period of ambitious leisure development across southeast Queensland. The property houses 2 18-hole courses, and The Palms is the more approachable of the pair — its sibling, The Pines, carries the higher profile and has hosted professional events, but The Palms offers resort guests and members a genuinely enjoyable round in the same polished, well-maintained environment.
Hope Island sits in the broadwater hinterland between the Gold Coast and Brisbane, a low-lying landscape threaded with canals, lakes, and the kind of lush subtropical vegetation that thrives in Queensland's humid climate.
