Designed by Keith Foster and opened in 1997, Haymaker is a public facility built to give both visitors and locals a course worthy of the setting. Foster worked with the natural contours of the terrain rather than against them, producing an open, links-influenced layout that plays exposed to the mountain breeze. The routing takes full advantage of the surrounding valley and peaks, with several holes framing dramatic views of the ski mountain.
