Heritage Hunt Golf & Country Club sits at the heart of one of Northern Virginia's most established active-adult communities, and the course reflects that identity — designed by Arthur Hills and opened in 1998, it was built to reward strategic play over brute force, weaving through the residential neighborhoods of Gainesville with enough tree cover and elevation change to keep things interesting from tee to green.
The Hills design leans on gentle movement in the fairways, well-bunkered greens, and water that comes into play on several holes without ever feeling punitive.
