Black Mountain

Few courses in the Okanagan sit with quite the commanding presence of Black Mountain Golf Club, perched on the benchlands east of Kelowna with sweeping views across the valley toward the lake and the surrounding hills. The semi-arid terrain means native grasses and scrub define the rough boundaries, and wayward shots find punishment quickly. Black Mountain plays as a public daily-fee course, and it has built a loyal following among Kelowna residents and the steady flow of visitors the region attracts for wine touring and outdoor recreation. It's a genuine test of the land it occupies — not manufactured drama, but earned.
