Golfclub De Dorpswaard occupies a stretch of the Maas river valley in Kerkdriel, a quiet village in the Bommelerwaard polder — one of the broad, low-lying floodplains that define this corner of Gelderland where the Maas and Waal rivers converge. The landscape here is essentially flat, open, and agricultural, shaped over centuries by river management and dike construction.
