Lake Toxaway Country Club sits within one of the most quietly storied resort communities in the Blue Ridge Mountains — a private lake enclave in Transylvania County that drew Gilded Age industrialists and still carries that atmosphere of unhurried, well-heeled retreat. The surrounding landscape is dramatic: waterfalls, dense hardwood forest, and the largest private lake in North Carolina all within a short distance of the course.
