Few golf destinations in the American West frame the Teton Range quite like Driggs does. Sitting on the Idaho side of the mountains — the quieter, less-trafficked alternative to Jackson Hole just across the border — the Teton Valley draws visitors who want the same dramatic scenery without the crowds. At this elevation, the air is thin, the summers are short and brilliant, and the peaks that loom to the east are among the most recognizable silhouettes in North American geography.
The Links At Teton Peaks sits in that wide, open valley floor, where the landscape naturally lends itself to a links-style sensibility — broad skies, persistent wind, and a sense of exposure that rewards shot-making and punishes indecision. The western Teton face, often snow-capped well into summer, provides a backdrop that's genuinely distracting in the best possible way.
Driggs itself is a small ranching town that has grown gradually into a recreational destination, and the course reflects that character — accessible and unhurried rather than manicured and exclusive. It's the kind of place where the mountain views do as much work as the routing.
