Sonoma County wine country doesn't typically conjure images of golf, but Windsor has quietly built a reputation as one of the North Bay's more enjoyable everyday tracks. The course sits in the town of Windsor, a community that has grown steadily over the past few decades from a small agricultural outpost into one of the more livable corners of the greater Santa Rosa corridor — close enough to the vineyards and redwoods that define this stretch of Northern California to give a round here a distinctly relaxed, unhurried feel.
