One of the oldest golf clubs in England, Chester Golf Club was founded in 1901 and has spent well over a century establishing itself as the premier members' club in this historic border city. The course sits at Curzon Park, occupying a quiet bend of the River Dee, and the water comes meaningfully into play on several holes — a natural hazard that gives the layout genuine bite beyond whatever the card might suggest.
