Wooden Sticks is one of Ontario's most distinctive golf experiences — a course built around a collection of replica holes drawn from some of the most celebrated layouts in golf history. Each hole pays homage to a different classic course, from Augusta National to St. Andrews, giving players a chance to test themselves against design ideas that span continents and centuries, all within a single round. Located in Uxbridge, a small town in Durham Region northeast of Toronto, the club sits within the Oak Ridges Moraine, a landscape of rolling hills, kettle lakes, and dense woodland that gives the property real natural character. The terrain lends itself to varied, dramatic shaping, and the broader region has quietly developed a strong golf culture.
