Bermuda Run Country Club has long been one of the Piedmont Triad's most established private club communities, anchored by a pair of 18-hole courses that have served its members for decades. The East Course plays through the kind of mature, tree-lined terrain that characterizes the Carolina foothills — rolling fairways shaded by hardwoods, with enough elevation change to reward course management over raw power. Private club golf here has a distinctly unhurried, Southern character.
Bermuda Run sits just outside Advance, near Clemmons and the western edge of the Winston-Salem metro area. The region doesn't carry the coastal or mountain golf cachet of the Outer Banks or Asheville, but that's part of the appeal — this is everyday Piedmont golf at a comfortable pace, without the crowds or resort premiums. The climate offers a long season, with mild springs and falls well suited to the game.
As the "East" designation suggests, this is one half of a two-course club, which typically means members have variety built into their routine — a meaningful advantage for anyone playing regularly.
