Parcours 'La Marache'

La Marache is part of the Royal Waterloo Golf Club, one of Belgium's most prestigious and historically significant clubs, founded in 1960 and long considered among the finest layouts in the country. The club sits on land whose name alone carries weight — Waterloo's battlefield is practically on the doorstep — and the course benefits from the same wooded, undulating terrain that defines this corner of Brabant. Royal Waterloo has hosted Belgian Opens and maintains the kind of serious competitive pedigree that distinguishes it from the country's more recreational offerings.

La Marache is one of the club's 2 courses alongside La Belle Alliance, and while both share the same mature, tree-lined DNA, each has its own character. Expect a traditional parkland examination where positioning off the tee matters more than raw power, and where the quality of the turf and conditioning reflects the club's long-standing reputation for excellence.
