Military golf courses occupy a unique place in the American game — they exist to serve the men and women stationed at the installation, offering access to the sport at rates that would be unthinkable at civilian facilities nearby. Eagle Creek Golf Club at Dover Air Force Base fits squarely in that tradition, a course built for the community that calls this Delaware installation home. Dover AFB is one of the Air Force's busiest and most historically significant bases, the home of the 436th Airlift Wing and the nation's largest aerial port of embarkation.
