Pete Dye's fingerprints are all over the Treasure Coast, and this private club in Jupiter represents one of his later-career statements — a course that carries his trademark design DNA without apology: railroad ties, forced carries, deceptive distances, and greens that look receptive until they aren't. Dye spent considerable time in the Palm Beach County area and understood how to extract drama from flat South Florida terrain, using water, mounding, and psychological pressure rather than elevation change to keep golfers honest.
Jupiter itself sits at a sweet spot on Florida's Atlantic coast — warm year-round, close enough to Palm Beach to draw serious money and serious golfers, but retaining a slightly more relaxed, fishing-town character than its neighbors to the south. The local golf scene is genuinely elite, with several world-ranked players calling the area home during the winter months.
As a private preserve — the name is not incidental — the club cultivates exclusivity and a sense of remove from the surrounding development. Playing here feels like access earned, not purchased off a tee sheet.
