Friesengolf

Friesengolf sits on the Butjadingen peninsula, a narrow finger of land between the Weser estuary and the North Sea tidal flats that make up the UNESCO-listed Wadden Sea. This is one of the more remote corners of Lower Saxony — flat, wind-scoured, and open to the sky in every direction — and the course makes no attempt to hide from the elements.
