FA Korea Country Club

Pampanga province sits at the heart of Luzon's Central Plain, a broad agricultural flatland framed to the west by the Zambales Mountains and shadowed to the northeast by the volatile cone of Mount Pinatubo. That volcanic geography defines the region — the 1991 Pinatubo eruption reshaped enormous tracts of land across this part of the Philippines, and the lahar flows that followed altered river courses and terrain for years afterward. Mabalacat City, bordering Clark and Angeles, has since grown into one of the province's busiest urban centers, buoyed by the former US military corridor that became the Clark Freeport Zone.

FA Korea Country Club draws its membership primarily from the substantial Korean expatriate community that has made the Clark-Angeles-Mabalacat corridor one of the densest concentrations of Korean residents in all of Southeast Asia. Korean-affiliated clubs and courses have become a genuine feature of Pampanga's golf landscape, catering to a community that brings a serious, competitive culture to the game.

As a private, members-only facility, the club offers its members a dedicated retreat from the surrounding urban sprawl — a setting where the tropical lowland climate, with its distinct wet and dry seasons, shapes playing conditions throughout the year.
