Langdon Farms Golf Club

Few courses in the Pacific Northwest carry a name as evocative as Langdon Farms — and the course earns it. Opened in 1995 and designed by John Fought and Bob Cupp, it was built on a working farm south of Portland in the Willamette Valley, and that agricultural heritage is woven into the architecture. The old red barn that anchors the property isn't décor; it's a genuine piece of Oregon history, and it sets the tone for a design that feels rooted in its land rather than imposed upon it. Fought and Cupp used the flat, open farmland creatively, building in water features, strategic bunkering, and enough movement in the fairways to reward thoughtful play over raw power.
