Louisville's private club scene carries serious weight — this is a city that takes its sport and its tradition equally seriously — and Hurstbourne Country Club occupies a well-established place within that landscape on the east side of town. The Hurstbourne corridor has developed considerably over the decades, but the club has maintained the kind of insular, members-first culture that defines genuine country club golf in the American heartland.
