St. Eurach Land- und Golf Club

Few stretches of German countryside reward a round of golf quite like the foothills of the Bavarian Alps, and St. Eurach sits comfortably within that privileged landscape near Iffeldorf, a small community roughly 50 kilometers south of Munich between the Starnberger See and the Ostersee lakes. The club takes its name from the Eurach river, which meanders through the property and brings genuine natural hazard — and genuine beauty — to several holes. The layout moves through mature woodland and open meadow in that characteristically Upper Bavarian way, where the tree lines feel ancient and the backdrop of distant Alpine peaks appears and disappears depending on the weather.

St. Eurach is a private members' club with the relaxed but serious tone common to well-established German golf societies. The course rewards patience and course management over raw power; tight fairway corridors and the ever-present threat of the Eurach demand respect from the first tee.
