Toledo sits at the western edge of Lake Erie, where the flatlands of northwest Ohio roll out in every direction — terrain that has shaped the region's golf for over a century. The city has a genuine golf pedigree: Inverness Club, just a few miles north, has hosted multiple U.S. Opens and remains one of Ohio's most celebrated layouts.
