Gravenhurst sits at the southern gateway to Ontario's Muskoka region, a landscape defined by the Canadian Shield's exposed granite outcroppings, ancient pines, and the lake-dotted terrain that has drawn cottagers and outdoor enthusiasts north from Toronto for well over a century.
