Few corners of Spain attract as much golf traffic as the Murcia region, and Mosa Trajectum has built a genuine reputation within that competitive field. Designed by José María Olazábal's design team and opened in the mid-2000s, the course makes intelligent use of the rolling, semi-arid terrain that characterizes the Murcian interior — wide corridors of olive and almond trees frame fairways that reward local knowledge on second and third shots more than raw distance off the tee.

The resort setting means visitors come for more than 18 holes. Urbanización-style villa communities border parts of the layout, a common arrangement in this stretch of southeast Spain, though the course itself retains enough natural contour and strategic variety to hold the interest of single-figure players. Water features appear at key moments without feeling manufactured, and the greens tend to be firm and receptive to low, running approaches rather than aerial attacks.

Murcia's climate — long, dry summers and mild winters — means the course is playable almost year-round, which partly explains why the region has drawn northern European golfers in such numbers since the 1990s. Mosa Trajectum sits comfortably in that resort tradition without being anonymous.
