Few municipal golf operations in central New Jersey carry the footprint that Tamarack does. The facility runs two 18-hole courses — East and West — on the same property in East Brunswick, making it one of the more substantial public golf complexes in Middlesex County. That kind of scale is relatively rare in the region, and it gives regulars the variety of playing a different layout on consecutive days without leaving the parking lot.
