Club de Golf Masia Bach

Masia Bach occupies a natural amphitheater of terrain in the Anoia corridor southwest of Barcelona, where the landscape transitions from the coastal plain into the limestone foothills that eventually rise toward Montserrat. The club opened in 1990 and quickly established itself as one of Catalonia's most respected private members' clubs, built across rolling agricultural land that still carries traces of the old masia — the traditional Catalan farmstead — from which it takes its name. German architect Kurt Rossknecht designed the layout, routing holes through olive groves, vineyards, and stands of pine and oak that give each stretch of the course its own distinct character.

The design rewards intelligent shot-making over raw power. Elevation changes are constant and meaningful, with several holes demanding precise approaches to plateaued or contoured greens that punish anything but the correct angle of attack.

Sant Esteve Sesrovires itself sits in the Baix Llobregat comarca, Cava country, about 35 kilometers from the center of Barcelona — close enough for city members to reach comfortably, far enough to feel genuinely removed from it.
