Pestana Beloura Golf opened in 1994, designed by Rocky Roquemore, and routes its 18 holes through the mature cork oak and pine woodland that defines the Beloura estate. The trees are more than aesthetic — they frame fairways tightly, demand shape and placement off the tee, and give the round a quiet, enclosed feel that contrasts with the more exposed links-style courses down toward Estoril and Cascais. Water comes into play on several holes, adding penalty to an already thoughtful layout.
