Golf Club Horal

Velké Karlovice sits in the Vsetínské vrchy highlands of eastern Moravia, a valley village framed by forested ridgelines that the locals have long used for skiing and hiking. Golf Club Horal takes its name from the Czech word for "highlander" or "mountain man," a fitting nod to the rugged upland character of this corner of the Zlín Region, close to the Slovak border.

The course occupies genuinely hilly terrain, which means elevation changes shape virtually every hole — uphill approaches, downhill drives, and sidehill lies are the norm rather than the exception.
