De Koepel

De Koepel sits in the heart of Overijssel, one of the Netherlands' more quietly rewarding provinces for golf. Wierden is a small agricultural town in the Twente region, a landscape of sandy heathland, old farmsteads, and mixed woodland that has historically supported some of the country's most natural-feeling parkland courses. The terrain here — gently rolling by Dutch standards, with sandy subsoil and mature tree cover — lends itself well to year-round play, draining quickly after rain and holding a firmer, more links-adjacent feel than the polder courses further west.

De Koepel ("The Dome") is a members' club layout that fits comfortably into the regional tradition of modest, well-maintained Dutch parkland golf.
