Club de Golf Villamartín

Villamartín has been one of the Costa Blanca's most established resort courses since it opened in 1972, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. during his prolific period shaping golf across southern Spain. The layout occupies the sun-baked terrain of the Orihuela Costa, just inland from the Torrevieja shoreline, and carries the hallmarks Jones brought to his Iberian work: generous fairways that open up invitingly from the tee before revealing water hazards, strategically placed bunkers, and greens that reward precise approach play rather than brute force.
