Golf de Clécy-Cantelou

Few regions of France carry as much weight in the collective memory as Normandy, and Clécy sits at the quieter, greener heart of it — in the Suisse Normande, a stretch of the Orne valley so folded with wooded hills and river meanders that it earned its faintly boastful nickname from 19th-century tourists who thought it rivaled Switzerland.
