Mizner Country Club takes its name from Addison Mizner, the flamboyant architect whose Mediterranean Revival buildings defined the look of Boca Raton and Palm Beach in the 1920s. That spirit of Gilded Age Florida excess carries through into the club itself — this is a private, upscale community in Delray Beach built around the idea that the golf course is an extension of the lifestyle, not just an amenity bolted onto a residential development.
