Litlueyrarvöllur

Bíldudalur sits at the foot of steep fjord walls in the Arnarfjörður area of Iceland's Westfjords — one of the most remote and dramatically sculpted corners of Europe. The Westfjords peninsula is cut deep by a series of narrow inlets, and the tiny fishing village of Bíldudalur huddles along one of them, with mountains rising almost directly from the water's edge.
