Exmouth Golf Club

Exmouth sits at the tip of the North West Cape, one of the most remote stretches of coastline in Australia — a place more associated with whale sharks, coral reefs, and red desert escarpments than fairways and greens. The Exmouth Golf Club reflects that frontier spirit entirely. The course plays on browns — compacted sand fairways and oiled sand greens — which is entirely standard for this part of remote Western Australia, where water is precious and the climate is mercilessly hot for much of the year.
