Few places in Quebec announce themselves quite like St-Louis-du-Ha! Ha! — one of only 2 municipalities in the world whose name contains 2 exclamation marks, sitting in the Témiscouata region of the lower St. Lawrence, where the forested Appalachian foothills roll toward the New Brunswick border. It's a corner of the province that most golfers never think to seek out, which is precisely what makes finding a full 18-hole layout here feel like a genuine discovery.
