Golf Club Hubbelrath sits on the eastern fringe of Düsseldorf in the Hubbelrath valley, one of the most respected private clubs in western Germany. The club's A-Course — its championship layout — was designed by the influential British architect Donald Harradine and has earned a reputation as one of the most demanding parkland tests in the country. Mature hardwoods line the fairways, the terrain rolls with genuine conviction, and precision off the tee matters far more than raw distance.
The club has hosted significant German amateur and professional events over the decades, and its standing in the domestic ranking of Germany's top courses is well established. A second course on the property gives members more variety than most clubs in the region can offer, and the overall conditioning reflects the high standards the membership expects.
Düsseldorf is a city with genuine golf culture — affluent, internationally connected, and serious about its sport. Hubbelrath fits that character exactly: understated from the outside, quietly exceptional once you're playing it, and the kind of place where the course does the talking.
