Dunnikier Park

Dunnikier Park is a municipal parkland course set within the grounds of Dunnikier Country Park in Kirkcaldy, one of Fife's larger industrial towns on the north shore of the Firth of Forth. The course occupies land that was once part of the Dunnikier estate, and the mature trees lining many of its fairways reflect that heritage — this is a layout with genuine age and character in its bones, even if it operates as an accessible public facility rather than a private members' club.

Kirkcaldy sits at the edge of a region that takes golf seriously in a way few places on earth can match. Fife is home to St Andrews, Elie, Crail, and dozens of other courses that have shaped the game's history, and while Dunnikier Park makes no claim to that prestige, it offers locals and visitors a legitimate parkland test at a fraction of the cost of the Kingdom's famous links.
