Boulder Creek Golf Course

Boulder City sits at an interesting crossroads in the American Southwest — a planned government town built to house workers on the Hoover Dam project in the 1930s, and still today one of Nevada's more distinctive communities. It holds the unusual distinction of being the only city in Nevada where gambling is prohibited, which gives it a quieter, more deliberate character than its neighbors along the Las Vegas corridor. The surrounding Mojave Desert landscape is stark and dramatic, with rocky terrain, desert scrub, and views that stretch toward Lake Mead and the Black Mountains.
