Siririt Dam Golf Course sits on the shores of one of Thailand's largest reservoirs, Sirikit Dam (also known as Naresuan Dam), in Uttaradit province — a mountainous, forested corner of lower northern Thailand that most international golfers never reach. The dam itself is a landmark of national significance, completed in the 1970s and named after Queen Sirikit, and the golf course draws its entire identity from that dramatic setting: water views, rolling highland terrain, and a landscape defined by teak forest and the ridgelines of the Phetchabun range.

Uttaradit sits roughly midway between Phitsanulok and Lampang on the northern rail corridor — a working provincial capital rather than a tourist hub.
