Glendive sits in the far eastern reaches of Montana, where the Yellowstone River cuts through the badlands and the landscape opens into something vast and unapologetic. This is oil and agriculture country, far removed from the mountain resort belt that defines golf in the western part of the state — and Cottonwood Country Club reflects that identity.
