Few courses in Germany carry the prestige of Seddiner See. Opened in 1996 and designed by the American architect Ron Forse alongside the club's development team, the facility comprises 2 distinct 18-hole layouts — the North Course and the South Course — set across a gently rolling, lake-studded landscape south of Berlin in the Brandenburg March. The South Course in particular earned a firm place among Germany's elite tracks and has consistently ranked among the country's top 10, recognized for the quality of its design, its conditioning, and the way it integrates the region's natural pine forests, heathland, and the lake system that gives the club its name.

Brandenburg's sandy, glacially formed soils and the surrounding Beelitzer Heide create conditions that lean naturally toward links-influenced fast-running turf, and the mature tree corridors frame holes without overwhelming them.
