Valle Escondido

Few places in South America set a golf course against a backdrop quite like Salta's. Sitting in northwestern Argentina's Lerma Valley, the city is ringed by the dramatic Andes foothills, and the light here — clear, high-altitude, faintly golden — gives even an ordinary round an uncommon quality.
