Constant Spring Golf Course

Few golf courses carry the kind of historical weight that Constant Spring does. Established in 1920, it ranks among the oldest golf clubs in the Caribbean, and its roots trace back to the grand Constant Spring Hotel, which once drew wealthy winter visitors to the hills north of Kingston. The course was a centerpiece of colonial-era leisure, and that heritage still permeates the atmosphere of the club today.

The layout occupies relatively compact, gently rolling terrain in the residential neighborhood of the same name, offering views toward the Blue Mountains to the east. It plays as a genuine test of shot-shaping and course management rather than raw length — the mature trees lining the fairways demand accuracy, and the kikuyu-style tropical turf plays differently from anything most visiting golfers encounter at home.
