Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of To Par at toparapp.com and our mobile app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use To Par. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews, scores, photos, and other content you post ("Your Content"). By posting, you grant To Par a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to post it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or misleading content.
• Post spam, fake reviews, or content that is not your own.
• Upload photos you do not have the right to share.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Scrape, copy, or bulk-export the Service's data, or interfere with or attempt to breach the Service's security.
• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Scores and recommendations

Community Scores, For You scores, rankings, and course information are provided for general, informational purposes and reflect user opinions and automated estimates. They are subjective, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Always confirm details (such as access, availability, and pricing) directly with a course.

Course data

Course location and reference data are sourced from third parties including OpenStreetMap and golf data providers, and may contain errors. To Par does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data.

Apple App Store

If you download the To Par app from the Apple App Store, you also acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and To Par only, not Apple. To Par, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the app, and any claims, losses, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to any warranty are the responsibility of To Par.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, To Par and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
